We are currently working on more than 130 projects in the capital works program for the 2025/26 financial year.

- Beckenham Level Crossing Removal – Metronet is continuing its work around the new Beckenham Train Station, including park works underneath.
- Auckland Park, Canning Vale - Ongoing play equipment installation, drainage works and soft landscaping.
- Langford Indoor Sports Centre – Have you seen the plans for Langford Oval? View the fly through video of the new indoor sports centre on the project page.
- Lexington Park - Ordering and planning for this project will commence in the new year.
- Panama Way and Tulloch Street, Canning Vale - See details about parking bay construction in the Nicholson Road train station precinct.
- Ranford Road, Canning Vale – Line marking has been completed excluding the traffic signals at the intersection with Nicholson Road. The program for completion has yet to be finalised, pending works by Main Roads WA.

- Burslem Drive - See more details regarding the duplication between Olga Road roundabout and the bridge.
- Dunnell Park - Final touches being made ahead of official opening.
- The Strand - Asphalt patches.
There are no works planned this month.
- Barrett Street, Southern River – The City has completed the design of a slow point. Western Power is expected to install street lights once surface water subsides in early 2026.
- Garden Street, Huntingdale - Clearing and preliminary works between Harpenden Street and Holmes Road.
- Regency Drive - Construct path from Spencer Road to public accessway.
