The Southern River Business Park is being developed by the City of Gosnells on a site bordered by Southern River Road, Matison Street, Duckbill Loop and Furley Road, in Southern River. The 51-lot Southern River Business Park is the largest commercial development undertaken by the City to date.
The City has appointed Cygnet West to market and manage the sale of lots at the new business park, with all lots now under contract.
The Business Park lots are in a range of sizes to suit a wide variety of commercial and light industrial enterprises, which are likely to include bulky goods and self-storage precinct, as well as warehouses and workshops.
Initial works involve civil infrastructure and services for the entire parcel of land and preparing the land for revegetation and landscaping works in 2025 and settlements to all lots (refer concept plan).
Net proceeds from this development will be set aside for future projects within the City.
