Consultation dates: 4 April 2024 to 28 April 2024.

The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed One Grouped Dwelling at 23 (Lot 30) Jurien Way Thornlie.

The application includes:

The City has received an application for Development Approval at the abovementioned address for a Grouped Dwelling.

The development proposes a garage boundary wall 6.59m in length and 2.2m in height (measured from the adjoining lot’s natural ground level), abutting the southwestern lot boundary.

Although the proposed boundary wall dimensions are compliant with the Residential Design Codes deemed-to-comply provisions, the proponent seeks a corner lot density bonus to the R30 density coding in accordance with the City’s Local Planning Policy 4.8 - Corner Lot Density Bonus. Given the overall surrounding area is designated as R17.5 and does not generally permit boundary walling, the proposal is therefore required to be advertised for comment.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
