A recent market valuation of the land by a Licensed Valuer was $592,500. The History and Heritage Advisory Group provides a community perspective on aspects of history and heritage within the care or control of the City.

The two year term is from 24 October 2023 to 19 October 2025.

METRONET proposes the closure of Sevenoaks Street in Beckenham, within the City of Gosnells, to relocate waterpipes as part of preparations for the Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal Project from 28 August 2023 to 6 October 2023.

Local road users are advised there will be detours in place (see map). They can expect minimal traffic delays.

Plans setting out the area affected by the closure may be inspected at the City of Gosnells' Civic Centre, libraries and website.

The City of Gosnells advises road users that Matison Street, Southern River (fronting Lot 1516 Leslie Street) will be closed due to road reconstruction works being undertaken by MGC Civil which will continue until 28/07/2023. Following the Matison Street closure Leslie Street, Southern River (fronting Lot 1516 Leslie Street) will be closed due to road reconstruction works being undertaken by MGC Civil, between 28/07/2023 until 04/09/2023.

Local traffic should be aware that detours will be in place. Plans setting out the area affected by the closure may be inspected at the City of Gosnells' Civic Centre, City Libraries and the City's website.
