The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Structure Plan at Lot 11 & Lot 12 Phoebe Street Southern River.

The application includes:

  • A mix of Residential Zoned lots consisting of the following densities:
    • Residential (R30).
    • Residential (R40).
  • Public Open Space (POS) occupying 0.95 hectares located within the centre of the Proposed Structure Plan Area. The POS will include a Drainage Basin.
  • Extension of the existing road network within the Southern River 3D Structure Plan Area and connection to Phoebe Street.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
