The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Road Renaming - Garden Street Extension Project - Termination of Holmes Street Southern River.

The City is currently undertaking a project to extend Garden Street, Southern River and significant road layout changes will take place in this area. Click here for further information.

As an affected Landowner the City wishes to advise of the future new road layout and the termination of Holmes Street Southern River. Upon completion of the abovementioned project Holmes Street will terminate at the Balfour Street roundabout. Garden Street will be extended from Harpenden Street and terminate at Phoebe Street, Southern River.

Your future address will be advised once the project is nearing completion.

The City assigns addresses to ensure that the site can be logically located by Emergency Services, postal services, deliveries, taxi/uber and the public at large.

Once the Stage 1 road construction is nearing completion, the City will advise Landgate Geographic Names Committee (GNC) who will then issue a Ministerial Order to physically change your street address. The City will contact affected Landowners with their new address and date they are required to make changes by and notify relevant service authorities of these changes.
