The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Change of Use to Residential Building at 90 (Lot 42) Matilda Way Huntingdale.

The application includes:

  • Use of an existing dwelling as an un-hosted short term rental accommodation premises for stays of 7-10 nights.
  • Maximum occupancy of eight people at any one time;
  • Parking provided within the driveway;
  • Check in times will be varied, and a 10am check out time; and
  • The property is to be managed in accordance with the Property Management Plan.

The City is advertising this application in accordance with the requirements of the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 6 and Local Planning Policy 4.1 – Public Consultation.
