The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Scrap Metal Processing, Storage and Associated Signage at 89 (Lot 201) Kelvin Road Maddington.

The application includes:

  • Proposed ‘Industry – Noxious’ land use for the purposes of scrap metal processing of approximately 20,000 to 25,000 metric tonnes per year and associated storage and signage.
  • The proposed development will serve as an extension of operations for the adjoining property at 87 Kelvin Road, Maddington.
  • Construction of a toilet facility for staff. No additional buildings are proposed.
  • Proposed hours of operation are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 7am to 1pm on Saturday. The site will be closed on Sundays and public holidays.
