The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Ancillary Dwelling at 86 (Lot 104) Connell Avenue Martin.

The application includes:

  • A two-bedroom Ancillary Accommodation (granny flat), proposed with an internal floor area of 65.88m2.
  • A setback of 7.4m to the primary street, in lieu of 10m required by Local Planning Policy 1.2 - Rural Development.
  • A setback of 1.1m to the north-eastern boundary, in lieu of 3m required by Town Planning Scheme No. 6.
