The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Outbuilding at 83 (Lot 229) Daleford Way Southern River.

The application includes:

  • Proposed boundary wall 6.0m in length and 3.0m in wall height, with a 3.53m maximum height.
  • The proposed boundary wall is required to be advertised as it proposes a variation to 5.1.3 Lot Boundary Setbacks, with reference to Residential Design Guidelines (Part B, 2024).

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
