The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Outbuilding at 6 (Lot 693) Greenway Avenue Thornlie.

The application includes:

  • An Outbuilding of 38.7m2 floor area, with a wall height of 3m and ridge height of 3.9m.
  • The Outbuilding is proposed to be set back 0.5m to the north-western boundary, in lieu of 1m as required by the Residential Design Codes.
  • The variation is highlighted in yellow on the plans provided.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
