The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Single House at 6 (Lot 302) Rhyl Place, Langford.

The application includes:

  • A garage boundary wall 6.8m in length, and 3.3m in height (measured from the adjoining lot’s natural ground level).
  • Boundary walls are generally not permitted for sites designated a density coding of R17.5, the proposal is therefore required to be advertised for comment.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
