The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Commercial Vehicle Parking at 59 (Lot 91) Reservoir Road Orange Grove.

The application includes:

  • The parking of one Prime Mover, with a height of 3.5m and a length of 6.5m.
  • The parking of one Semi Trailer, with a height of 3m and a length of 8.5m.
  • The Commercial Vehicle will be driven by the occupant of the property.
  • The Commercial Vehicle is proposed to be parked behind the dwelling and is partially screened by an existing outbuilding and vegetation. Setback 16m from Staniland Street.
  • Vehicle movements are generally expected between Monday and Friday.

The proposal is being advertised in accordance with Local Planning Policy 2.1 - Commercial Vehicle Parking.
