The application includes:

  • Proposed are three grouped dwelling (including one existing dwelling)
  • Variations to deemed to comply R-Codes:

1. Boundary wall to shared boundary with 246 (Lot 65) Spencer Road.
2. Boundary wall to shared boundary with 40 (Lot 63) Probert Road
