The application includes:

  • A Single House, proposed with an aggregate boundary wall length of 15.29m to Elevation 2, in lieu of the deemed-to-comply maximum of 12m.
  • The affected elevation is highlighted in yellow on the plans.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
