The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Single House at 4 (Lot 3) Barcombe Way Gosnells.

The application includes:

  • A proposed boundary wall, located on the south-eastern boundary of the subject site (highlighted in yellow on the plans).
  • The boundary wall has a proposed wall height of 3.1m and length of 6.1m.
  • As the adjoining property currently has a zoning of Residential R17.5, a boundary wall is not deemed-to-comply as per the Residential Design Codes Volume 1.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
