The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Change of Use from Single House to Residential Building at 38 (Lot 725) Gundaring Turn Canning Vale.

The application includes:

  • Use of an existing dwelling as an un-hosted short term accommodation premises for anticipated stays of six to eight nights, and no shorter than two nights.
  • Maximum occupancy of eight people at any one time;
  • Parking provided within the garage and driveway;
  • Check-in times will be varied from 3pm, and a 10am check out time; and
  • The property is to be managed in accordance with the Property Management Plan.

The City is advertising this application in accordance with the requirements of the City’s Town Planning Scheme No. 6 and Local Planning Policy 4.1 - Public Consultation.
