The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Patio at 28 (Lot 2) Moss Street, Huntingdale.

The application includes:

- Proposed patio 3.2m in length at the lot boundary, 3.77m in height with a max height of 3.92m.

- The City does generally not support patio proposals higher than 2.7m without consulting the affected adjoining landowners
