The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Change of Use to Residential Building at 26 (Lot 301) Marlow Way Thornlie.

The application includes:

  • Use of an existing dwelling as an un-hosted short term rental accommodation premises, for stays of a minimum of one night and maximum of 29 nights;
  • Maximum occupancy of seven people at any one time;
  • Parking provided within the existing garage and the driveway;
  • Check- in and Check-out times to be 3pm and 10am respectively; and
  • The property is to be managed in accordance with the Property Management Plan.

The City is advertising this application in accordance with the requirements of the City's Town Planning Scheme No. 6 and Local Planning Policy 4.1 - Public Consultation.
