The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed One Grouped Dwelling at 255B (Lot 2) Spencer Road Thornlie .

The application includes:

  • Proposed boundary wall 6.8m in length and 3m in wall height. Proposed boundary wall is highlighted in yellow on the plans.
  • The proposed boundary wall is required to be advertised as it proposes a variation to 3.4 Lot Boundary Setbacks, with reference to Residential Design Guidelines (Part C, 2024).

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
