The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Home Business at 25 (Lot 34) Kyle Way Canning Vale.

The application includes:

  • Operating a Home Business for home-based and online training, utilising the area highlighted in yellow on the development plans.
  • Two car parking spaces for visitors, contained within the driveway.
  • Visitations by appointment only, with a maximum of eight visitors in a day and no more than two on site at one time proposed.
  • Two employees, both the owners of the subject site.
  • Proposed hours of operation – 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
