The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Change of Use from Single House to Residential Building at 229 (Lot 212) Campbell Road Canning Vale.

The application includes:

  • Use of the existing dwelling as an un-hosted short-term rental, for stays of a minimum of two nights and a maximum of three months.
  • Maximum occupancy of eight people at one time.
  • Parking for four vehicles within the existing garage and driveway.
  • Check-in time commencing at 3pm.
  • Check-out time no later than 10am.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
