The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Two Grouped Dwellings (inc. one existing) at 21 (Lot 137) The Bridgeway Canning Vale.

The application includes:

  • A two-storey dwelling at 21 The Bridgeway (on proposed Lot 2 as per the subdivision approval).
  • The dwelling includes a variation to the boundary wall requirements of the Residential Design Codes Volume 1, as the boundary wall adjoining the north-west boundary (Elevation 4 – alongside 1 & 3 Grafton Court) is proposed at a length of 12.48m, in lieu of the maximum permitted length of 9m.
  • The variation is highlighted on the plans in yellow.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
