The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Single House at 2 (Lot 31) Blanche Street Gosnells.

The application includes:

  • A boundary wall, 6.7m in length and 2.9m in height shown in yellow on the plans.
  • The boundary wall does not comply with the Residential Design Codes (Part B) as boundary walls are not deemed to comply in an R17.5 zoning.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
