The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Additions to Single House at 19 (Lot 319) Pinaster Boulevard, Canning Vale.

The application includes:

  • A 17m² ground floor extension and an 86.37 m² upper floor extension to the existing single storey house. The proposal does not comply with the requirements of the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes), as:
    • The upper floor front elevation windows have a reduced set back from the lot boundary. The proposal varies the required 4.5m and 6m cone of vision line of sights as shown on the plans for advertising.
