The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Additions to Single House at 18 (Lot 53) Thanander Street Southern River.

The application includes:

  • The application proposes an ancillary dwelling with lot boundary setback variations of 0.61 metres along the rear lot boundary and Eastern lot boundary.
  • This is under the 1 metre setback requirement permitted under the Residential Design Codes.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
