The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Commercial Vehicle Parking at 17 (Lot 813) Bygum Lane Martin.

The application includes:

Proposed Commercial Vehicle Parking comprising:

  • 1 x Prime Mover 6.7m length (Volvo): 1HMI931 - Owned by Western Transport WA Pty Ltd.
  • 1 x Flat top - 14.5m Length: 1DCC373 (Isuzu) - Owned by Scorpion Walk Pty Ltd.
  • 1 x Flat top - 16m Length: 1GWF 491 (MAN) - Owned by MB WA Group Pty Ltd.
  • Operating hours: Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays Commencing 6am Latest truck back to base is before 5pm.

The permitted number of trucks exceeds 2 and the lengths exceed 8.5m and are proposed on a lot with an area of less than 1.5 hectares which is contrary to the acceptable criteria of Local Planning Policy 2.1 - Commercial Vehicle Parking.
