The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Outbuilding at 13 (Lot 230) Bridal Crescent, Kenwick.

The application includes:

  • An Outbuilding with an area of 43.2m2, which proposes a wall height ranging from 2.8m to 3.4m.
  • The proposed maximum wall height is a variation to the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) and Local Planning Policy 1.1 – Residential Development (LPP 1.1).
  • All other aspects of the proposal, such as lot boundary setbacks, open space and ridge height, are compliant with the R-Codes and LPP 1.1
