The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed 2 x Double Storey Grouped Dwellings at 114 (Lot 1) Matilda Street, Huntingdale.

The application includes:

  • Proposed two double storey grouped dwellings, each presenting a boundary wall element to 112 Matilda Street and 23 Balfour Street where generally boundary walls are not deemed to comply with the R-Codes.
