The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Outbuildings at 1 (Lot 9) Connell Avenue Martin.

The application includes:

  • Proposed outbuildings 20m length x 15m in width, 6.0m in wall height and 7.97m in total height.
  • The City generally cannot support Outbuildings in excess of the requirements under LPP 2.2 without consent from the adjoining landowners.

If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
