At the Council meeting of 11 November 2025 Council resolved to initiate Scheme Amendment No. 2 to Local Planning Scheme No. 24.

This planning scheme amendment is for the purpose of:

i) Rezoning 248 (Lot 10) Gay Street, Huntingdale from ‘Residential’ to ‘Local Centre’;
ii) Apply an ‘R60’ density code to 248 (Lot 10) Gay Street, Huntingdale; and
iii) Amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.
