The City of Gosnells is considering an offer to dispose of Lot 602 on DP411513, Rennison Street, Beckenham, with a land area of 228 square metres to Charles Scafidi for a consideration of $25,000. A recent market valuation of the land by a Licensed Valuer was $100,000.
Anyone wishing to make a submission on this proposal should do so below, before close of business on Tuesday 10 March 2026.
