The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed Amendment to Structure Plan - Southern River Precinct 3D at 77 (Lot 6) Matison Street Southern River.

The City of Gosnells is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the Structure Plan, which seeks Southern River Precinct 3D – Amendment No. 1. The proposed amendment includes the following modifications:

  1. The existing road of the edge of the Local Structure Plan area being relocated to abut the boundary of Lot 6.
  2. The existing residential cells of land being increased in size and extended to abut the relocated road.
  3. The area of public open space and Main Drain being extended to abut the relocated road.
  4. Consolidate amendments of prior subdivision approvals which include:
  • Modification in residential density for a portion of Lot 9 Matison Street from R40 to R30 to align with the remainder of the proposed residential cell.
  • Modified road network on Lot 6, northwest of the Main Drain.
  • Removal of an area of restricted open space within the public open space on Lot 1792.
