Draft Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan now published
The City has considered the community feedback received during our consultation period and is now presenting the draft Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan (CSCPP) 2025 - 2030 for resident feedback.
The new CSCPP presents an action plan that considers four priority areas:
- Safe Homes - protecting residents' homes and property.
- Safe Spaces - addressing areas where residents feel unsafe.
- Early Intervention - implementing programs for early engagement with youth and addressing emerging crime problems.
- Strong Partnerships - collaborating with various agencies and stakeholders to address crime and improve safety
The Community Safety and Crime Prevention Plan 2025 – 2030 has been developed to address key community safety concerns which have been identified through community consultation, stakeholder engagement and crime statistics from the WA Police Force.
The Plan identifies the actions of the City and key partners over the next five years to improve community safety within the City of Gosnells.
