New permanent "no stopping on road or verge" at any time signs will be installed along Mills Road West. New "no stopping on road or verge on Fridays" signage will be installed along Francis Street.

This installation work will take place in the coming month.


The proposal

The City of Gosnells is proposing to install 'No Stopping on Road or Verge' signs along Mills Road West and Francis Street in Martin.

These signs would prohibit parking from residents and visitors along Mills Road West and Francis Street, on both sides of the road. A map showing the exact locations can be viewed below. These signs will replace the temporary signage currently in place.

The City is proposing these changes following concerns raised by residents that road safety is reduced by frequent on-street parking.

The City would like to hear from residents about the proposed changes.
