The City will soon start upgrading the safety barriers at the vehicle flyovers across the Crestwood Estate. These safety barriers are an important part of driver safety measures.

The upgrade will entail the City’s contractor performing adjustment works to the existing rails to ensure that they comply with the current standards, including installation of a “bull nose” at the end of the rail and a warning marker.

You can see example images below of the new safety barrier ends and warning sign.

The work will be carried our by the City's approved contractor Jomar, with City Officers assisting to ensure properties are reinstated.
