Maladjiny-ap Balyan Boodjar, located at the southern end of Auckland Park, has undergone some improvements. These include:

• New peewee bike park
• Proposed dog off-leash area
• Fencing renewed

There was also some bushfire mitigation works:

• Compacted limestone tracks for firebreaks that will be used as walk trails
• Pruning of existing vegetation which will also improve passive surveillance
• New emergency access gates
