Proposed City of Gosnells Cat Amendment Local Law 2022


The City of Gosnells proposes to make the above Amendment Local Law.


The purpose of the Cat Amendment Local Law is to amend the City of Gosnells Cat Local Law 2014.


The effect of the Cat Amendment local law is to impose an obligation on cat owners to ensure cats are confined to their property, and to limit the number of cats that can be kept at a premises to two.


A copy of the proposed amendment local law may be viewed at the City’s Civic Centre at 2120 Albany Highway Gosnells between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday and at the City's libraries during normal opening hours, or on the City’s website at www.gosnells.wa.gov.au.


Written submissions regarding the proposed amendment local law may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 662, Gosnells WA 6990 by 4pm on Friday 16 September 2022.
