The City of Gosnells seeks your feedback on the proposed One Grouped Dwelling at 9/116 (Lot 4) Astley Street Gosnells.
The application includes:
- One (1) Grouped Dwelling that is one (1) storey in height.
This Single House varies the following provisions of the R-Codes as below:
- The dwelling’s garage wall proposes a 0.01m setback from the boundary, in lieu of the minimum requirement of 1m as stipulated in the R-Codes.
- The dwelling’s north-eastern wall (that includes the Store, Walk in Pantry, Meals, Family and Alfresco) proposes a setback of 1.11m from the boundary, in lieu of the minimum requirement of 1.5m as stipulated in the R-Codes.
If you have received a letter from the City inviting you to comment please use the reference number provided. If you have not received a letter please use 9 as your reference number when completing the survey.
